Job Description

Point of Rental Software is seeking a skilled Software Developer to help design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. The ideal candidate will enjoy solving technical problems, writing reliable code, and collaborating with a team to deliver effective software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and features.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow established development standards.
• Support ongoing improvements to application functionality, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Experience in software development or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of software development life cycles, debugging, and testing.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and version control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and improve development practices.
