Occupational Therapist

Assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student goals Educate staff on strategies to accommodate students' needs Monitor and document student progress and outcomes Adapt classroom environments and materials for accessibility Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active California Occupational Therapy Licensure Ability to work effectively in a School setting Strong communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills Preferred Skills and Qualifications One or more years of experience in a School setting Familiarity with electronic documentation systems Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care
