About this role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services across center, school, and home settings. The ideal candidate has pediatric experience and a strong background in sensory and developmental interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy in clinic, school, and home environments
- Address fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and therapy teams
- Complete documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active State OT License
- Experience working with pediatric populations
Preferred Training/Experience:
- Sensory Regulation/Sensory Integration
- Primitive Reflex Integration
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays
- Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bilingual
