Physical Therapist

Job Title:- Physical Therapist Location: 625 SW Ramsey Ave, Grants Pass, Oregon, 97527 Duration:- 13 weeks with possible extension Shift:- Day shift

Note: Traveler/contract positions are also available. Traveler rates are different from the regular staff position rate and will be discussed separately based on the assignment, experience, and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait/balance training, and functional activities.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license or eligibility for licensure.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-care skills.

Outpatient experience preferred.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
