Marketing Manager & Membership Director at a Private Golf Club

Opportunity Description:

• Research, procure and develop a goof “Lead List” for potential Members at Persimmon Woods Golf Club
• Respond to inquiries for Membership
• Develop and Implement Successful Marketing Initiatives
• Present qualified candidates for Membership to the General Manager
• Establish a waitlist for Membership
• Manage Persimmon Woods’ Social Media presence
• Develop and Implement a Member Retention Strategy
• Work collaboratively with fellow managers to continue to build upon Persimmon
• Woods’ excellence
• Represent Persimmon Woods at Community Functions to increase visibility of the Club, establish new relationships and strengthen existing relationships
• Understand where Persimmon Woods lives in the marketplace in regard to Initiation Fees, Monthly Dues, Assessments and overall pricing structure
• Present the General Manager with ideas to improve the Persimmon Woods experience, based upon feedback from existing Members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in membership management or a similar role
• Private Country Club/Private Golf Club experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills

Pay: $48,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
