Office/Phone Triage RN

Job Summary:The office nurse acts as a liaison between physicians, extenders, patients, and hospitals. An individual in this position is accountable for assuring delivery of quality nursing care for the designated patients in accordance with the individual patients needs, physicians' orders, PHS policies, and standards of practice via telephone and/or in direct contact.

Responsible for working collaboratively with management, physician, and coworkers to provide excellent service to our patients. Maintains confidentiality of information regarding patients, significant others and all healthcare team members.
