Business Intelligence Developer II

Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Business Intelligence Developer II independently designs, develops, tests, and deploys data visualization and reporting solutions for a large, multi‐facility healthcare system. Applies established methods and professional judgment to moderately complex assignments, managing individual projects from requirements gathering through deployment with limited oversight.

The solutions delivered by this role inform operational, clinical, and financial decision‐making for departments and service lines across the health system.Exercises judgment within defined practices and organizational policies to resolve routine and moderately complex technical problems.

Proactively identifies data quality issues, recommends improvements to existing reports, and adapts standard approaches to meet evolving stakeholder needs. Decisions and recommendations are reviewed on an exception basis by the supervisor.

The scope of accountability is project‐level, encompassing end‐to‐end delivery of assigned reporting solutions.At this level, provides informal guidance to Developer I staff on routine tasks.
