Make a lasting difference during the years when it matters most. OWL Early Intervention Program is seeking compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapists (OTR/L) to work with children under age 3 at our centers in Morrisania, Bronx, and Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

What You’ll Do
- Assess children’s developmental abilities and participation in play, self-care, and everyday routines.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Provide creative, play-based interventions that support fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and age-appropriate daily activities.
- Partner with parents and caregivers to identify priorities and teach practical strategies they can use at home.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other early intervention professionals to support coordinated care.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to meet each child’s changing needs.
- Complete accurate, timely evaluations, session notes, and progress reports.
- Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapy assistants, as assigned.
- Create a welcoming, respectful experience for children and their families.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current OTR certification and New York State Occupational Therapist license and registration.
- Pediatric or early intervention experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical reasoning skills.
- A warm, patient approach and enthusiasm for working with infants and toddlers.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with families and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
