Product Owner

Optomi, in partnership with a leading communications technology firm, is looking for a Product Owner/Manager for the Notifications Platform.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will assist with defining and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for the notifications platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience. They will serve as the primary technical liaison, managing technical questions, prioritization, and project handoffs.

This role involves owning the notifications experience through backlog and roadmap management, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and Journey Owners to implement scalable communications, and driving experimentation to optimize engagement metrics.
