Job Summary

HeyOmega is seeking a Full‑Time Remote Graphic Designer to produce high‑quality digital and print design assets that support branding, marketing, and product initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, enjoys working independently, and can manage multiple design projects with consistency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create layouts, typography systems, and visual elements for both digital and print collateral.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other designers to develop cohesive visual concepts.
• Present design ideas, incorporate feedback, and revise assets as needed.
• Ensure all graphics meet brand standards and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
• Prepare final files for digital publishing or print production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong digital portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics or simple animation.
• Familiarity with presentation design (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, or Teams.

Work Environment

• Fully remote position.
• Standard full‑time schedule with flexibility based on project needs.
• Collaborative digital workflow with regular check‑ins and feedback cycles.

Success in the First 90 Days

• Delivering consistent, on‑brand design assets.
• Demonstrating reliability in communication and deadlines.
• Understanding HeyOmega’s brand guidelines and applying them accurately.
• Managing multiple projects smoothly with minimal revisions.
