Junior Front End Developer

Requirement: This is a New York State-based position. Candidates must reside and perform their work in New York State for the duration of their employment.

We are seeking a talented Junior Front-End Developer to join our team on a project basis. This position offers flexible work arrangements starting at a few days per week, with the potential to expand to full-time based on project needs and performance.

Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience with Vue.js framework
• Experience with Vite build tool
• Working knowledge of Node.js
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Ability to implement third-party libraries (like Matter.js) by independently researching documentation and applying solutions
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive external VueJS web applications
• Develop and maintain VueJS web applications that use our proprietary framework
• Collaborate with the design team to implement user interface components
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Test and debug applications to optimize performance
• Able to work with Project Managers and team members to develop interactive experiences

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid

Pay range: $52,000-$66,000/annually

Compensation for this position will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, skill set, qualifications, geographic location, market data, and business needs.
