Help shape product plans, service strategies, and tools.

Tell the Story

Build clear, compelling presentations that explain your design thinking.

Facilitate Workshops

Help plan and run Design Thinking sessions to align teams and spark ideas. What We Re Looking For You re a great listener and can connect the dots others might miss. You ve got 10+ years of experience in design research, service design, or systems thinking.

You re comfortable starting from scratch and figuring things out as you go. You can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to work on the details. You re just as happy talking to customers or staff as you are designing in Figma.

You re a strong communicator and can bring different teams together around a shared vision. Bonus Points If You Have Experience in the automotive world or other complex service industries. Familiarity with internal tools and systems that support employee workflows
