About this role
About the role
Noble Gold Investments is a precious metals and gold IRA company running a multimillion-dollar marketing program across paid search, radio, podcasts, influencers, YouTube and email. We're hiring a full-time, remote Marketing Coordinator to keep it all moving.
You'll run our weekly marketing meetings, bring the numbers, track every deliverable and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between our agencies, our writers, our designers, our video team, and leadership. You'll have direct support from our CEO/COO and become the hub of the marketing team.
What you'll do
Content calendar and campaigns
- Own the marketing content calendar and make sure everything ships on time: newsletters, email campaigns, influencer email campaigns and website updates.
- Launch new campaigns on schedule by coordinating our marketing writer, landing page designer and image designer from brief to launch.
- Own the monthly promo cycle: confirm next month's offer by the 10th, kick off messaging by the 15th and get finished ads delivered on time.
- Keep landing pages current with each monthly offer.
Funnels
- Monitor funnel performance, flag pages and funnels that are underperforming and coordinate fixes.
- Plan and execute new funnels with the writer and designers, from first draft to live.
Meetings, reporting and budget
- Run our weekly marketing meetings within our established EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) structure: bring the scorecard and reports, track issues and to-dos, and follow up.
- Build a weekly marketing report from Salesforce, lead exports and vendor data: spend, leads and closed deals by channel.
- Help drive monthly media budget allocation decisions with clear performance and attribution data.
Vendors and operations
- Coordinate our agencies and vendors across paid media, SEO, radio, podcasts, influencers and video: deliverables, deadlines, contracts, invoices and payments.
- Track contract renewal dates and cancellation deadlines, and flag decisions before they are due.
- Maintain the marketing tracker, shared folders and account access.
What you bring
- 2 to 4 years in marketing coordination, operations or project management, ideally in marketing for financial services or direct response.
- Comfortable pulling and summarizing data from Salesforce and spreadsheets.
- Highly organized with many vendors and deadlines running at once. You follow up without being asked.
- Clear, concise communicator with agencies and executives.
- Nice to have: experience with EOS or Level 10 meetings, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Google Ads reporting, radio or podcast media buying.
Benefits
- [Health, dental and vision insurance]
- [401(k)]
- [Paid time off and holidays]
How to apply
Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note on a marketing calendar or set of vendors you kept on track. Tell us what you'd track in a weekly marketing report.
