Product Vision & Strategy : Develops and communicates the overarching product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational business objectives.

Backlog Management

Owns, refines, and prioritizes the product backlog—a dynamic to-do list of user stories, epics, and tasks ordered by business and customer value.

Stakeholder Alignment

Acts as the primary liaison between business leaders, executives, customers, and the development team to secure buy-in.

User Story Creation

Writes granular user stories and precise acceptance criteria so the development team understands exactly what functionality is needed.

Sprint & Release Planning

Sets sprint goals and dictates release plans to ensure continuous delivery of value to the market.
