Role Description
The Product Management role is full-time, fully remote. You will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle of key NextGen Healthcare products. This role oversees product roadmaps, gathers and prioritizes requirements, and collaborates closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client-facing teams to deliver solutions that meet market and customer needs.
The manager will conduct market and competitive analysis, translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements, and track product performance to inform future improvements. Day-to-day activities include managing cross-functional projects, guiding product launches, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong product-focused skills, including Product Management and Product Development experience.
- Strategic capabilities in Product Strategy, with a proven ability to define vision, roadmap, and market positioning.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Project Management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including mentoring team members and collaborating across departments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
