About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to drive our AI agent builder platform. You'll translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences while working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world business needs.

What You’ll Do 🚀

Platform & Technical

• Own requirements for multi-channel agent deployment
• Support voice, chat, and SMS across partner environments
• Manage platform versioning and backward compatibility

Partner & GTM Alignment

• Serve as the product liaison for our partner ecosystem
• Turn white-label needs into scalable platform features
• Define MVP feature sets for new verticals with GTM teams
• Develop release notes, changelogs, and enablement content

AI / Agent-Specific

• Develop evaluation frameworks for AI agent quality
• Measure agent accuracy and conversation outcomes
• Turn live deployment feedback into product improvements

Metrics & Business Outcomes

• Define and track core product KPIs
• Monitor activation, time-to-value, and feature adoption
• Track partner retention and other business outcomes
• Maintain dashboards to guide weekly prioritization

Operations

• Manage the end-to-end product release process
• Coordinate staging, QA sign-off, and communications
• Identify compliance, privacy, and security risks

What We’re Looking For ✨

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong technical background in architecture and APIs
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience building APIs, SDKs, platforms, or tools
• Track record of balancing complexity with simplicity
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent technical and business communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Startup experience, ideally at an early-stage company
• Strong product design and wireframing capabilities

Nice to Have

• Experience building platforms for SMBs or enterprises
• Experience with partner or channel-led GTM strategies
• Familiarity with multi-tenant or white-label products
• Knowledge of SMS, WhatsApp, or voice platforms
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar standards

The salary range for this role is

$150,000–$220,000

, with final compensation determined based on relevant experience, skills and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related considerations.
