About neuroGrid

neuroGrid is the first intelligence platform purpose-built for energy and data center development teams. We are a well-funded startup helping developers of data centers, solar, wind, battery storage, nuclear, and transmission deliver more projects and maximize returns.

Energy, the world’s largest industry, is undergoing a once-in-a-century transformation driven by AI data center expansion, yet development still runs on fragmented data, static systems, and manual workflows. neuroGrid gives the entire team a single source of truth that centralizes data, automates workflows, and provides real-time intelligence.

Our modules span land, interconnection, permitting, offtake, finance, design and engineering, and EPC handoff, connected by shared schedules, spend, CRM, mapping, risk, and files. AI services extract data from documents, emails, and notes to keep projects current and surface risks and opportunities for smarter capital allocation.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on

Product Manager

with 8+ years of experience to drive execution of neuroGrid’s core platform. You will turn the roadmap set by our founding team into sprint goals, a prioritized backlog, and clear Linear issues, support Engineering daily with direction and answers, and serve as the day-to-day liaison across the executive team, Sales, Product Design, and Engineering.

Our customers are racing to bring power plants and data centers online, so this role is for someone who loves execution and delivers on aggressive startup timelines without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

  • Roadmap & Sprint Execution –

Turn leadership’s roadmap into quarterly plans, write sprint goals, and maintain a prioritized Linear backlog for foundational services (data, workflow, integration layers).

  • Issue Writing –

Write well-scoped PRDs and Linear issues with user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.

  • Speed & Delivery

– Break initiatives into incremental releases, manage dependencies, provide daily direction, and answer Engineering’s questions, clear blockers early, and make pragmatic trade-offs to hit committed dates.

  • Cross-Functional & Customer Liaison –

Translate input from the executive team, Sales, Product Design, Engineering, and customers into requirements, and keep everyone updated on priorities and launch readiness through product demonstrations and release announcements.

  • Quality –

Confirm releases are intuitive, reliable, and solve real user problems through hands-on testing, UAT with Design and users, bug triage, and adoption and satisfaction KPIs.

  • Integration & Interoperability –

Ensure modules work seamlessly together and with external systems.

  • Continuous Improvement

– Capture learnings to refine processes and build a scalable platform playbook.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, including a strong track record as a PM at a B2B SaaS platform startup running sprints and backlogs in Linear or a similar tool; platform or infrastructure background a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled features and enterprise-grade standards (security, privacy, compliance, reliability).
  • Strong systems thinking, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Excited to execute a defined roadmap, with a proven record of hitting aggressive deadlines amid ambiguity.
  • Experience with distributed teams across time zones.

Bonus

  • Exposure to, or strong interest in, renewable energy, data center development, or infrastructure.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations or document-heavy processes.

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity with significant upside in a fast-growing energy and data center technology startup.
  • Join neuroGrid’s early core team and help build the product and the company.
  • Investment in your career development, with a path to earn ownership of product strategy and the product roadmap over several years.

How to Apply

If you’re excited to execute the roadmap for a platform that powers multiple products, we’d love to hear from you. Send your resume and a brief note on your experience and interest to Varun Gowda ([email protected]).
