About the Role:

An opportunity to lead complex satellite communications programmes from concept through mass production. This role will bridge US-based customers with engineering and manufacturing teams internationally, translating customer needs into technical requirements while overseeing Gateway Antenna development, programme delivery, schedules, risks and cross-functional execution.

Compensation, Benefits & Opportunities

$185K/yr - $215K/yr

• Take ownership of technically complex Gateway Antenna programmes spanning concept, development and mass production.
• Work internationally across customer, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and partner teams.
• Play a customer-facing role with opportunities to shape technical requirements, programme strategy and successful product delivery.

To be successful you’ll need to have…

• Proven experience in program management, leading complex technology programs
• Strong understanding of RF/Antenna/Satellite communication systems.
• Hands-on engineering capability
