Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical Acute Care in Rome, New York. The position is a weekend-only role with day shifts, requiring availability for Friday-Saturday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday-Monday rotations. The contract begins on November 23, 2026, offering guaranteed 36 hours per week.

The patient population includes adult and geriatric individuals, and nurses will manage a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Candidates must have 1-2 years of step-down or telemetry experience. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, while prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
