Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care

Join an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse specializing in Intermediate Care in Atlanta, Georgia. This travel position offers a 12-hour day shift schedule with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The unit focuses on pulmonary thoracic care, including intermediate medical patients, high-risk respiratory cases, cardiac thoracic surgeries, hepatobiliary surgeries, and head/neck surgeries.

Patients range from those on room air to those requiring BIPAP or Optiflow. The role requires a minimum of two years of recent experience in this specialty. Key requirements include AHA BLS certification as mandatory and ACLS and NIHSS certifications as preferred.

The position also requires flexibility to work two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day) and one minor holiday (such as Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve).
