Each hire needs an offer letter, I-9, payroll setup and a first week that runs on time. We are hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to take every hire from signed offer to first payslip.

Remote, anywhere in the United States · Full-time, permanent · Works with the operations lead in Oklahoma City A typical week Prepare offer letters and send new hire paperwork, including I-9 and state tax forms Set up new people in our payroll and benefits system and check their first pay run Schedule interviews for open roles and keep candidates informed Keep employee files, time off balances and contract end dates up to date Track state registrations for the states where our people live Answer everyday questions about benefits, time off and policies What you need A bachelor's degree, or one year of HR or office experience Experience with an HR or payroll system like Gusto, ADP or Rippling.
