We are looking for an experienced

Guidewire Business Analyst

with strong hands-on knowledge of

Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter

. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and support Guidewire implementation/enhancement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within the

Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance

domain.

• Hands-on functional knowledge of

Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter

.

• Experience gathering and documenting business/functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of

policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, and insurance business processes

.

• Experience working with Guidewire implementation, configuration, integration, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, Jira, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and Guidewire consultants.
