Here what our employees have to say about working at Mighty Kids Therapy:
"I love working at Mighty Kids Therapy because our team is more collaborative than anywhere I've worked before. I feel open to share ideas and brainstorm how we can better serve our families as a team!"- SW
"Not only do I love the outpatient setting for pediatrics but I love doing it in a place that truly has the child at heart. The heart of MKT beats as one in order to ensure the kiddos keep on thriving... Truly, the team sets this place a part as the common denominator being how to best serve our families & do our job well.
It makes me feel like I am a part of something greater knowing every therapist has that same mentality. Everyone on this team is dedicated & passionate about what they do. It makes it easier to have commonplace with those you work with, resulting in better morale, overall...
[Mighty Kids] provides a work-life balance that allows therapists to reset to come back refreshed in order to provide patient-centered care. I love that I am not required/expected to take work home as in most OP settings; rather, supported in documenting while on the clock. In my opinion, this improves accuracy, motivation, and productivity when it comes to documentation ensuring well-rounded clinicians." -BR
