Mental Health Treatment Centers of America (MHTCA) is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead our technology operations and help shape the future of our technology environment. This role is responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, systems integrations, and technology initiatives that support our employees, clients, and business operations.

What You'll Do

As our IT Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute technology strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Oversee the security, performance, and reliability of our technology infrastructure and business systems.
  • Manage and optimize key platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, OnBase, VoIP, and other business-critical applications.
  • Lead cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk management initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient and reliable data integrations, automated workflows, and information exchange processes.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage technology vendors, licensing agreements, and service providers.
  • Lead technology projects and system enhancements from planning through implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across technology systems and processes.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor and resource to leaders and employees throughout the organization.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of progressive IT experience.
  • 2-3 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based environments and enterprise business applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity practices, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience managing technology vendors and third-party service providers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce, OnBase, VoIP/telephony systems, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Experience with systems integrations, data management, and business process automation.
  • Experience supporting remote or geographically distributed workforces.
