Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives within enterprise software environments. In this role, you will drive project planning, execution, and delivery by leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.

Your leadership will ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, adherence to best practices such as Agile and Waterfall, and successful implementation of enterprise solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise software implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or TFS, incorporating Agile planning techniques such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and success criteria; translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively through risk management strategies and contingency planning.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation processes to ensure quality deliverables meet specifications.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and clients; provide regular status updates.
  • Supervise project teams in software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects within enterprise environments using methodologies such as Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, or hybrid approaches aligned with PMBOK standards.
  • Strong technical proficiency with cloud computing platforms like AWS; familiarity with IT infrastructure components including databases (SQL, Oracle), disaster recovery plans, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, TFS (Team Foundation Server), SharePoint, and Visio.
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical project & program management supervision; excellent team-building skills across cross-functional groups.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC processes including requirements gathering, software implementation, release management, and user acceptance testing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and negotiate project scope or resources when necessary.
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and compliance standards related to enterprise solutions implementation.
