What you’ll do

• Run sales conversations with qualified prospects, from first call to close
• Follow up with discipline. No lead dies on your watch
• Keep your pipeline organized and your CRM clean every day
• Hit your numbers, then raise them
• Work alongside a tight team that wins together and holds each other accountable

Who we’re looking for

• Self-driven. You don’t need a manager to start your day
• Sharp. You listen more than you talk and you know what a prospect means, not just what they say
• Organized. Your calendar, follow-ups, and notes are airtight
• Dependable and on time. Every time
• A strong mindset. You handle rejection without losing your edge
• A leader who wants to grow fast in a fast-moving company
• Experience in high-ticket sales, coaching, or consultative selling is a strong plus

Compensation

• $400/week base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Performance bonuses
• Top performers earn $120,000 to $150,000+ per year
