Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll assess patients, deliver safe and compassionate care, and coordinate with the care team across clinical settings. You’ll use sound judgment, clear communication, and accurate documentation to support patients through treatment and recovery.

Duties

• Assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes that require timely clinical response.
• Administer medications and treatments, including IV infusion and injection administration, using aseptic technique and infection control practices.
• Coordinate patient care, intake, triage, discharge planning, and referrals; educate patients and families on care plans.
• Maintain complete medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) or electronic medical record (EMR) systems, following HIPAA privacy requirements.

Experience

• Required: Current Registered Nurse licensure and ability to provide patient care, conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Preferred: Experience in hospital, acute care, emergency medicine, critical care, medical-surgical, primary care, geriatrics, long-term care, assisted living, home care, hospice and palliative medicine, or behavioral health.
• Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, EMR/EHR systems, ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding, MDS, NCQA standards, and medical terminology is helpful.
• Additional relevant experience may include telemetry, dialysis, catheterization, wound or ostomy care, ventilator or airway management, pediatrics, labor and delivery, trauma, occupational health, case management, or developmental disability care.
• Basic life support certification and experience with phlebotomy, venipuncture, specimen collection, physical examinations, and patient education are valued.

Pay: $43.62 - $52.53 per hour
