Role description Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Performance Engineer with over min 5 years in benchmarking and systems performance analysis to lead server/platform performance testing and optimization in enterprise and datacenter environments

What are we loooking for?

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering benchmarking or systems performance analysis Strong handson experience with serverplatform performance testing in enterprise or datacenter environments
• Deep knowledge of industrystandard benchmarks including SPEC Intel Memory Latency Checker MLC STREAM and similar CPU memory and storage tools
• Expertise in analyzing CPU memory NUMA cache storage and network bottlenecks
• Proficient in Windows and Linux performance tuning and diagnostics Strong scripting and automation skills using Python PowerShell Bash or similar languages
• Experience designing repeatable benchmark methodologies and regression test suites Ability to interpret benchmark results and provide optimization recommendations
• Familiarity with modern server architectures from Intel and AMD platforms Experience with telemetry monitoring and largescale data analysis tools such as Kusto and Grafana
• Excellent written communication skills to summarize findings for engineering and leadership teams Selfdriven with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment

What will you do?

• Plan design and execute comprehensive performance tests and benchmarking for server and platform environments
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks across CPU memory storage network and system architecture
• Develop and maintain automated scripts and tools to streamline performance testing and data collection
• Create and implement repeatable benchmark methodologies and regression test suites to ensure consistent performance validation
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to interpret benchmark results and assist in root cause analysis
• Provide actionable optimization recommendations to improve system performance
• Monitor telemetry and performance metrics using tools like Kusto and Grafana for ongoing system health assessment
• Document and communicate performance findings clearly to both technical teams and leadership
• Stay updated with the latest developments in server architectures and performance engineering best practices

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
