IT Manager - Business Systems

We are seeking an experienced HR/Admin Unit Manager to oversee the efficient operation of the IT HR/Admin unit, aligning with business goals.

• Planning, coordinating, and directing daily HR/Admin activities, providing administrative support, and working closely with decision-makers to develop cost-effective technology solutions.
• Defining and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices related to HR and administration services.
• Partnering with leadership to shape strategic vision, translating organizational objectives into actionable plans, and driving effective execution.
• Building and leading high-performing IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and talent development.
• Leading project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Managing enterprise HR and admin IT systems, supporting digital transformation, and ensuring system reliability and innovation.
• Developing stakeholder relationships, influencing organizational change, and leveraging best practices in application lifecycle management.

Qualifications

And Skills Include

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related STEM field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in enterprise manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, vendor management, and budget forecasting abilities.
• Knowledge of enterprise HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Kronos, SAP), data privacy, security, and compliance.
• Experience with digital transformation, Agile, Lean methodologies, and building high-performing teams.
