Part-Time | 20-32 Hours/Week | In-Office
About the Role
Lou Lou and Company is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in an in-office, part-time role. This position will help bring the Lou Lou and Company brand to life across a variety of customer touchpoints, from product packaging and surface patterns to website graphics, email campaigns, social, ads, events and more.
What You'll Do
- Packaging Design: Create and update packaging artwork and product graphics while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.
- Surface Pattern Design: Develop original patterns, prints, and artwork for products and brand applications.
- Social Media Graphics: Design engaging, on-brand graphics for social media campaigns, promotions, launches, and ongoing content.
- Printed Catalogs: Design layouts and graphics for seasonal and product catalogs, ensuring a polished and easy-to-navigate customer experience.
- Website Banners & Graphics: Create digital assets for the website, including banners, promotional graphics, product features, and seasonal campaigns.
- Email Graphics: Design visually compelling graphics and assets for email marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Event Graphics: Create branded materials and graphics for trade shows, events, pop-ups, and other company experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency across all visual communications.
- Help evolve and strengthen the Lou Lou and Company visual identity across print and digital platforms.
- Collaborating with teams overseas.
What We're Looking For
- Strong graphic design skills with a creative, polished, and detail-oriented approach.
- Experience designing for both print and digital.
- A strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with packaging design and/or surface pattern design is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (photoshop, illustrator, inDesign) Canva, Figma.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- A strong eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to take creative direction while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- 4-5 years professional experience.

Location: In-office (Orem HQ)

Hours: 20-32 hours per week
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
