Key Responsibilities

• Monitor complex patients and assess clinical status.
• Interpret telemetry and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and perform ordered treatments and interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe recovery and optimal outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive patient and family education.
• Maintain accurate, best-practice documentation and uphold patient safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience and competence in progressive/step-down and trauma patient care.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to interpret telemetry.
• Sound medication administration and treatment execution.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills.
• Commitment to documentation accuracy and safety-focused practice.
