Occupational Therapist (Geriatrics)

Provide compassionate, evidence-based occupational therapy with a focus on older adults in a patient-centered setting. You will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions that enhance safety, independence, and quality of life.

Key Duties

• Conduct evaluations of functional performance and therapeutic needs.
• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to support safer, more independent living.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Document clinical care accurately in an electronic health record (EHR).
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Occupational Therapy licensure and clinical competence in geriatric care.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, interdisciplinary environment.
• Comfort with EHR documentation and evidence-based practice.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach focused on older adults.
