Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating musculoskeletal and movement dysfunction and developing evidence-based plans of care.

Key duties include

Assess patients through objective measures and functional movement evaluation Create, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings Provide interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education Track patient outcomes and use clinical documentation tools to support continuity of care Educate patients to promote functional recovery, independence, and long-term wellness Collaborate with the care team within an outpatient setting Qualifications & skills: Strong clinical assessment skills in orthopedic/neuromuscular conditions Ability to deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions Proficiency with outcome tracking and accurate documentation Excellent patient education and communication skills Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
