Schedule & Availability

• Days: Monday–Friday (schedule may vary by location)
• Hours: Typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Weekends: Not Required
• Locations: Multiple Outpatient Clinics Across Metro Detroit

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, post-injury recovery, and related conditions.
• Utilize therapeutic equipment and evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation using WebPT.
• Collaborate with PTAs, therapy technicians, and other clinical staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Educate patients on treatment goals, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist License (Michigan).
• Active NPI Number.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality patient care.
• WebPT experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn clinic procedures, protocols, and therapeutic equipment.

New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

$70.00–$90.00 per hour

Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and position requirements. Opportunities for performance-based compensation growth and professional advancement may be available.
