About this role
Leading Edge Physical Therapy | Royse City, TX
Join a Different Kind of Physical Therapy Practice
Leading Edge Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Royse City, Texas.
We are a small, locally owned practice that believes physical therapy should be personal. We take the time to know our patients, understand what matters to them, and create a plan of care that fits their individual needs—not simply move them through a schedule as quickly as possible.
If you're looking for a clinic where you can build meaningful relationships with your patients, have a voice in their care, and work alongside someone who genuinely cares about both patients and staff, we'd love to meet you.
New graduates are welcome to apply!
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment to a diverse outpatient population
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and help them achieve their personal goals
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercise program, and long-term wellness
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
- Collaborate in a small-clinic environment where patient care—not patient volume—is the priority
- Contribute to the continued growth and culture of Leading Edge Physical Therapy
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current Texas license to practice physical therapy
- A genuine desire to help people and provide excellent patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and grow as a clinician
What We Offer
- $85,000–$100,000 annual salary, depending on experience
- Full-time position preferred, with part-time opportunities also considered
- Likely 4-day/10-hour schedule, with flexibility to discuss what works best
- 2 weeks paid time off
- Paid holidays
- $1200 CEU allowance
- Health insurance reimbursement
- IRA investment/retirement account with matching
- A supportive, family-like work environment
- The opportunity to practice with the time and attention needed to provide excellent patient care
Why Leading Edge?
At Leading Edge, you're not a number.
We're not a large hospital system focused on productivity metrics and moving patients through the door as quickly as possible. We're a community-based practice where we know our patients, listen to them, and genuinely care about their progress.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills, build relationships with your patients, and have a meaningful role in shaping the future of a growing local practice.
If that sounds like the kind of place you'd like to practice, we'd love to hear from you.
