Launch Point is currently hiring on behalf of our client for a Retail Event Sales Associate in Round Rock, TX!

We're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to represent leading energy brands through face-to-face customer interactions at retail locations and promotional events.

This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals interested in retail sales, event marketing, customer engagement, and career growth. No previous experience is required — paid training is provided!

What You'll Do

• Represent energy products and services at retail locations and promotional events
• Engage with customers and introduce available energy plans and promotions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation to the Valparaiso, IN area
