Assistant Sales Manager / In training

Position Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving membership sale
• Building relationships within the local community
• Educating members on all club amenities
• Supporting daily club operations and member satisfaction
• Developing leadership skills through hands-on coaching and accountability

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Production

• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
• Maintain daily activity standards (appointments, tours, follow-ups)
• Hit conversion benchmarks and closing ratios
• Promote and sell Pilates memberships and additional club services

Lead Generation & Community Outreach

• Develop local partnerships and community connections
• Execute outreach strategies to increase traffic and guest flow
• Participate in promotional events and member appreciation days

Member Experience

• Conduct professional club tours
• Clearly present membership options and amenities
• Educate members on Pilates, personal training, and specialty offerings
• Ensure follow-up systems are executed consistently

Leadership Development

• Participate in structured sales training and coaching
• Learn performance tracking, reporting, and accountability systems
• Support management with daily operational execution
