Fitness Sales & Marketing Specialist:

We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused team member who enjoys fitness, building relationships, and helping others take the next step toward their goals. In this role, you’ll connect with members, introduce them to personal training, and deliver motivating, individualized fitness experiences.

What you’ll do: talk with members about their fitness goals and explain how personal training can help. Conduct fitness consultations and assessments. Develop and deliver customized training programs.

Build strong relationships with clients and encourage consistent progress. Follow up with prospective and current clients.Help promote personal training services and support club marketing efforts. Maintain a professional, welcoming presence on the fitness floor.

We’re looking for a person with a passion for fitness and helping people. Strong communication and customer service skills. Confidence meeting new people and discussing training options.

A dependable, positive, and professional approach. Previous sales, fitness, coaching, or customer service experience is a plus. If you enjoy combining fitness, coaching, and relationship-building, we’d like to hear from you.
