Position Overview

We’re looking for a self-motivated Graphic Designer with a strong background in direct mail design, Adobe InDesign (INDD), XMPie, and print production. The ideal candidate thrives independently but also collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams including account managers, data specialists, and production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and layout direct mail pieces using Adobe InDesign

· Set up and execute variable data print (VDP) campaigns using XMPie

· Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless integration of personalization

· Prepare print-ready files and liaise with production teams to meet tight deadlines

· Maintain design consistency while adapting creative to a variety of formats and client needs

· Troubleshoot file and printing issues and follow best practices for output

Requirements:

· Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (INDD)

· Strong working knowledge of XMPie for VDP

· Experience with direct mail production and print file setup

· Ability to work independently and take initiative

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines

· Familiarity with postal regulations and mail piece specifications a plus

Nice to Have:

· Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Acrobat

· Understanding of prepress and color management

· Previous agency or print shop experience
