About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused
Product Designer
to support the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital products. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience who want to build their career in product design and UX/UI.
The Product Designer will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and other cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate business requirements into design solutions, create wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to the overall user experience of digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly
web, mobile, and digital product experiences
from concept through implementation.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate business and user requirements into
user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
.
- Create responsive and accessible UI designs across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, UI patterns, and design guidelines.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate product concepts, workflows, and user interactions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Support usability testing and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify UX issues and recommend design solutions that improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Maintain design documentation, specifications, assets, and product design artifacts.
- Ensure consistency across product interfaces, navigation, typography, visual elements, and interaction patterns.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle to address design-related issues.
- Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
, sprint planning, backlog discussions, and product reviews.
- Support the development of MVPs, product enhancements, and new features.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous design improvement.
- Present design concepts and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Design, Interaction Design, Graphic
Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology
, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience
in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of
UX/UI design principles, user-centered design, and interaction design
.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Proficiency with design tools such as
Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Basic knowledge of
HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts

- Strong visual design, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
