Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Palantir AIP Solutions Engineer in Napa, CA.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior level Palantir/Deployment Strategist with a strong technical foundation and at least 2 years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience. This individual will work directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand complex operational challenges, translate user workflows into scalable Palantir solutions, and drive solutions from discovery through adoption. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to understand business problems, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes
• Lead discovery sessions and working sessions to translate business requirements into actionable Palantir Foundry solutions
• Design solutions spanning Ontology, Workshop, data pipelines, integrations, and AIP capabilities
• Build and enhance custom Workshop applications that enable business users to interact with data and operational workflows
• Leverage AIP to develop AI-enabled workflows, automations, agents, and other use cases that incorporate enterprise context and business processes
• Partner with data engineers and developers to ensure the underlying data pipelines and data models effectively support user-facing solutions
• Configure and extend Ontology objects, relationships, actions, and business logic to support operational use cases
• Prototype solutions rapidly, gather feedback from users, and iterate based on usability, adoption, and business needs
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and highly technical Palantir engineering teams
• Help move Palantir solutions beyond dashboards and proofs of concept into applications and workflows that users incorporate into their day-to-day operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience
• Previous background in software development, full-stack development, data engineering, or another hands-on technical discipline
• Strong experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and translating ambiguous business problems into technical solutions
• Experience developing solutions using Palantir Foundry and Ontology
• Experience building or customizing Workshop applications and operational workflows
• Understanding of data pipelines, data integration, and transformation within the Foundry ecosystem
• Experience working across the lifecycle from stakeholder discovery, requirements, solution design, development, user feedback/adoption
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both highly technical engineers and nontechnical business users
• Ability to operate in an iterative environment where requirements evolve as users interact with the solution

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP, including AIP-powered applications, agents, or AI-enabled workflows
• Experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript
• Experience developing custom user experiences or applications on top of Palantir

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.

Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
