Technical Project Manager

The

Project Manager

leads the end-to-end planning, execution, and commercialization of high-impact sustaining projects. Operating within a rigorous regulatory framework, you will champion project governance and drive cross-functional accountability across internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party partners. This role is directly responsible for delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Execution:

Define project scope, build comprehensive work plans, and manage day-to-day operations from concept through commercialization.

• Risk & Critical Path Management:

Proactively analyze project risks, design robust mitigation strategies, and actively manage critical path activities to keep timelines secure.

• Cross-Functional Accountability:

Formulate governance structures that align diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability for costs, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

Oversee Design History File (DHF) requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Capture and scale lessons learned to elevate project management practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:

5+ years of dedicated IT project management experience

• Technical Breadth:

Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary product lines, specifically integrating

software

• Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated ability to motivate cross-functional teams, resolve communication bottlenecks, and effectively escalate critical issues when necessary.
