Product Manager | Early-Stage Consumer Startup

I’m partnering with a fast-growing consumer startup to find a Product Manager who will have significant ownership over product strategy and execution.

This is a high-autonomy role for someone who enjoys taking ambiguous problems, turning them into clear plans, and working closely with engineering and design to ship polished products.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and execution across key consumer and business product areas
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements, user flows, and milestones
• Partner closely with engineering and design from concept through launch
• Define and track product metrics and user/business outcomes
• Conduct user interviews and usability research
• Drive launches and keep cross-functional projects moving
• Use AI tools to accelerate product development, prototyping, and decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience shipping user-facing products
• Strong track record taking ambiguous problems from idea to launch
• Experience managing multiple workstreams
• Strong product sense and attention to design/craft
• Comfortable with product analytics, instrumentation, and basic SQL
• Hands-on experience with user research
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Consumer product experience
• Startup experience
• Payments, fintech, or other transactional product experience
• Technical background
