1+ year of hands-on clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.

Education

• Current, active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Hawaii.
• Current CPR/AED certification (American Heart Association preferred).

Monda - Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday, 7:00am to 3:00pm
