Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-centric end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products, intelligent applications, and conversational assistants.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities, data-driven workflows, and LLM mechanics into simple, elegant user interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product design decisions.
• Develop comprehensive user flows, low/high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs using Figma.
• Maintain design systems, UI consistency, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Collaborate continuously with Product Managers, AI/ML engineers, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, and interaction design.
• Expert proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Clear understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-powered product interaction patterns.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical workflows into user-friendly digital interfaces.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience designing GenAI products, conversational interfaces, or fintech applications is a strong plus.
