Position Overview
iText Software is seeking a Product Manager/Director - Crossix to lead product strategy, development, and growth initiatives. This role works across business and technical teams to define priorities and deliver products that meet customer and market needs.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead product planning and feature prioritization
- Gather customer and market insights
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage product launches and ongoing enhancements
- Communicate product goals, progress, and results to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in product management or product leadership
- Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of software products and customer needs
