We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Graphic Designer. This position is responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, preparing artwork, and coordinating custom projects from the initial inquiry through completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen eye for design and detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer Service

• Make a minimum of 60 outbound sales calls per day
• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
• Upsell, cross-sell, and close sales opportunities
• Identify customer needs and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Recommend appropriate products, samples, and decoration solutions
• Provide customers with updates regarding proofs, production, and order completion
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service

Graphic Design and Artwork

• Assist customers with artwork, layouts, and design concepts
• Review submitted artwork to ensure it is print-ready
• Estimate the time and cost required to create, recreate, or modify artwork
• Prepare digital proofs and communicate with customers regarding approvals and revisions
• Update the project manager and production team when artwork or order details change
• Ensure approved artwork and production files are accurate before releasing jobs to production

Order and Project Management

• Create accurate quotes, sales orders, invoices, and work orders
• Include complete order details and all relevant production instructions
• Add and maintain projects on the production job board
• Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to customers and team members
• Assist with project estimating, budgeting, and expense tracking
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized project records
• Help resolve issues or conflicts that arise during a project
• Collaborate with project coordinators, production staff, and management
• Use the company’s POS, project-management, and other operating systems

Purchasing, Receiving, and Operations

• Coordinate purchasing and order details with vendors
• Receive incoming goods and verify items, quantities, sizes, and colors for accuracy
• Report and address any discrepancies or damaged merchandise
• Route received items to the appropriate production area
• Assist with production when needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date showroom and workplace
• Assist with the setup and removal of outdoor signage
• Support the development and execution of custom projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in graphic design or equivalent education and experience
• Previous customer-service and sales experience
• Strong graphic-design and artwork-preparation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
