Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services using programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and Ruby on Rails.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs to enhance system functionality and interoperability.
• Develop scalable microservices architectures leveraging cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS and Azure for optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, conduct code reviews, and deliver high-quality software aligned with best practices in software design patterns and system architecture.
• Optimize database interactions by designing efficient SQL queries for MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar systems; ensure data integrity and security.
• Utilize version control tools such as GitHub, SVN, or Git for source code management; implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Apply principles of system design for system development to build resilient, scalable systems capable of handling increasing loads with ease.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development across multiple programming languages including Java, C#, Python, C++, or JavaScript frameworks like React or Express.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Linux servers, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and network protocols including REST and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies to facilitate iterative progress and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of design patterns, microservices architecture, scalability strategies, and system design for developing complex applications.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git or SVN; familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Ability to develop front-end components using JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular for seamless user experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a passion for innovative technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
