Skills Required

Ability to speak, write and understand English

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

1 to 3 years of work experience in accounting or finance

Working knowledge of laws, guidelines and regulations as related to governmental accounting

Work experience reviewing, analyzing and interpreting fiscal records and creating reports

Work experience performing complex, detailed work involving written and numerical data

Work experience in development of large public sector budgets

Work experience multi-tasking in a stressful rapidly changing environment

Excellent organizational and communication skills in a professional office environment

Experience performing professional-level work dealing with data, people and technology in accounting, legal or managerial skills

Excellent data entry using Excel and Word processing

Ability to stand for long periods of time, walking, bending, reaching, stopping and lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
