Dialysis Registered Nurse

Overview:

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Nursing

1 of the most recent 3 years experience providing dialysis in an acute care setting License, Registration, Certification:

BLS

One of the following:* Current Alabama RN license

• Current Multi-state RN license in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*
• Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama.

ACLS certification may be required in designated areas as determined by administration.

Desired Qualifications

• BSN/MS degree in Nursing Working knowledge of area 1 of the most recent 3 years' experience working in a dialysis setting License, Registration, Certification: ACLS/PALS/NRP certification is encouraged as appropriate to patient population Responsibilities: Ensures the delivery of high-quality and continuous care for patients undergoing dialysis.
• This role involves planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating comprehensive patient care services which meet Infirmary Health’s (IH's) standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.
